
How to organise treatment..
Under the Veterinary Surgeons act (1966) all veterinary physiotherapy assessment and treatment follows appropriate referral by your pets vet. We also need all of the relevant clinical history before assessment, dont worry- we can organise this in the background. If you want to organise assessment and treatment, just follow the below steps.....

Browse our webpage on your computer or phone. If you're interested in physiotherapy for your cat/dog, you can complete the enquiry form. We will contact you via email or phone to discuss whether physiotherapy is right for your pet
Discuss with your vet about being referred and signpost them to our webpage

Your vet may want see your dog/cat to examine them and discuss whether physiotherapy is appropriate.
This will mean we have an up to date clinical picture of how they are doing.
You can share our link to signpost them to our veterinary referral form here

Once we have your referral, we will work with your veterinary practice to ensure we have all of the appropriate information.
We will then review your pets file and contact you to schedule an initial appointment

We can be flexible in organising your appointments and often have slots available in the evening or occasionally during the weekend.
Appointments happen at your home and typically last around an hour. See our services page for more information on how to prepare for your appointment
We cover the shaded are on the interactive map, without any additional milage charge.
An additional 45p per mile is charged beyond this boundary
Payment is due at the time of the appointment. We accept contactless, card and cash payments. Your receipt will be emailed to you.
We are not able to process direct claims through insurance companies, payment is required at the time of the session and your receipt is provided to allow you to make a claim
