Our Services

Our assessment and treatments are carried out in your home. We would advise you allow 60 mins for each session and try to provide a calm & quiet environment with as little distraction as possible. We ask that your dog is wearing a collar (and harness if they have one) or that your cat is contained in the room we will use for the session. 50% of payment is required at the time of booking to secure the slot.

For remote/online assessment, a pre-session telephone call will take place to set up your session using Microsoft TEAMs. Payment for online sessions is required in full at the time of booking.

Initial assessment

A thorough assessment of your dog/cat in your own home environment. Following assessment, appropriate treatment is provided and a rehabilitation plan agreed.

Appropriate referral and history will be obtained prior to this session.

For some cases (behavioural challenges or barriers preventing the session from happening at your home) it may be appropriate for the assessment to take place remotely online.

These sessions require prior set up and liaison with you to determine the specific support needed and to discuss provision of specific video footage before hand.

Our Clients Say

Dog enjoying life again thanks to his physiotherapy treatment and wheelchair
Chantelle & Benji

Benji experienced a traumatic spinal injury which left him unable to walk and without sensation. We were not sure how to manage such a complex disability and then we were introduced to Sarah. She is the most incredible Physio I have ever experienced, her compassion, attunement, knowledge and understanding surpasses anything that I’ve ever come by before.

Very quickly, she had Benji literally eating (cheese) out of the palm of her hand. His flexibility and comfort has improved dramatically and consequently his quality of life too. From equipment to hydrotherapy to hands on physiotherapy to acupuncture, I would follow Sarah around the country to keep her in Benji’s life. We have so much to thank her for. Benji is such a happy dog who is now, as a result, living and managing his best life.
